We’re winding down the year! Keep an eye out for any classroom items and library books that need to be returned and any cafeteria trust tickets that need to be repaid.

Board of Education

Board of Education has fixed the following dates for public meetings. All meetings will be held in the Walter T. Bergen School Library and will begin at 7:00 p.m. unless otherwise noted. Action will be taken at all meetings:

June 16^th, July 14^th, August 4^th, September 2^nd, September 15^th, October 6^th, October 20^th, November 3^rd, November 17^th, December 1^st, December 15^th, January 5^th, January 20^th, February 2^nd, February 16^th, March 2^nd, March 16^th, April 6^th. Tentative Organization meeting is scheduled for April 27^th.

The Board of Education is accepting letters of interest to fill a vacant seat on the Board of Education.

PTA

Reminder: the PTA will be providing pizza for all the students on the last day of school. Class Captains: Please remember to check with your teacher to finalize plans for last day parties!

Chef For A Day

The next Chef For A Day Winner: Matthew in Ms. Byrnes’s class:

Banana Graham Cracker

Ingredients: Graham crackers, sliced banana, cinnamon

Place a slice of banana on top of each graham cracker square. Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy.

BYO

June 30^th - BYO is holding registration for football/cheering at Delazier Field (6-8 p.m.)for all boys and girls grade 1-8. Prices: $85 for 1^st child; $75 for 2^nd child; $65 for 3^rd child or more. Register before June 30^th and receive $10 off. First time registration for football requires a copy of your child’s birth certificate. New Flag Football for boys/girls ages 5 and 6 – cost is $30 per child.
